  2. Simply maintain the squeeze for as long as you can at initially, as you might not be able to.

The more you practice, the better this should get.

You should strive to perform these exercises three times every day to reap the benefits. Expect no effects right away because it will take at least a few weeks for your muscles to become stronger.

You can do this exercise on the floor, chair or lying on your back.
